Following the run away success of our Crunchy Snacking Cheese last year, we knew we couldn’t leave it long before launching a new flavour.
But what could stand up to that intense, crunchy, cheesiness?
After hours of challenging cheese tastings, and some crazy dreams, we came to the surprising conclusion that rosemary is the answer. The same seriously cheesy flavour but with delicious, piney notes from the chopped rosemary added just before baking. Too much and things get a little herbal, but too little and the Quattrocento cheese takes over, so we’ve found the perfect balance to ensure both cheese and rosemary not only stand out but work beautifully together.
It’s made with microbial rennet so it’s suitable for vegetarians and it’s gluten and lactose free too. 24g
